My home is not a place, it is people.

Today is the 4th of July and it is raining like mad. Or at least it seems like mad to me, a person from California where it rains only once every three months until monsoon season and then it floods.

Paul and I finally found the perfect house for us. It is a development on a lake where the homes are very unusual. They aren’t really THAT unusual I suppose, but there is an attention to detail that I have not seen in ANY other development. Ah, if only we had a million dollars. Or…two million. I guess creative design and attention to detail doesn’t come cheap.

My friend directed me to this sight: What movie Do you Belong in?(many different outcomes!) Link
I am very not happy with the outcome. I do not think I belong in the movie Fight Club. Of course, I’ve never actually seen Fight Club. Conceivably I should check it out.

Why am I writing today? I don’t know. I have nothing of value to say. I think it’s time to kill some mythic creatures and loot some villages.

Mine is "Say Anything"....I've never seen it either, so I can't really comment....

Check out Fight Club if you haven't seen it... Believe me; while it does have elements that are true to the name, the central theme of the movie is far deeper than a club of guys duking it out.

Mine was "Say Anything" as well, poetmom (don't worry...it's not a bad call).

Did a little reading up on it...may actually go rent it one of these days just to check it out. I'm curious now!
